Time to say Happy Birthday to you, and ask: are you looking for a retirement community yet?

Hey Saul: are we playing golf? If so, please observe the rules I sent you last year.
1. Florida guys do not play from uphil, downhill or side hill lies. It is too dangerous. Extra strokes and drops will have to be given.
2. Please observe decorum on the greens: snide comments about a certain White House intern uttered when one misses a putt are not acceptable.
3. Kindly alert the foursome that comments about bodily functions which might remind us of our age should be avoided. (Last reunion I stopped the cart for a bathroom break and when I came out, A.M. said to me: "how did you do that so fast"? REGARDS. DAN

Actually I remember that game as if it was yesterday. Larry Cannon was an Olney area friend of mine and we played Little League together. He was a pitcher and could pitch either lefty or righty!!! The summer between 7th and 8th grade he had an amazing growth spurt and became an incredible basketball player. He moved from Olney to the Lincoln High area. We never spoke about his game with us other than his knowing that I was there for his tussel with Fred. I got a call this week from another mutual friend (Joel Wells) who told me Larry was alive and well, living in Tampa.
